Payment Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking for all sessions, packages, and workshops. Payment can be made via Paypal & Square. For package purchases or bundles, sessions must be completed within six months of the first session date. Packages are non-transferable.

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, in order to respect both your time and mine, the following policies are in place:

Late Arrivals
To ensure the best experience for all clients, sessions will begin and end on time. If you are running late, your session will still end at the scheduled time, and you will be charged for the full session. If I am running late, you will receive the full duration of your session or a partial refund.
COVID-19 Policies
For in-person sessions, all necessary precautions are taken to ensure a safe environment. If you or I are feeling unwell or have been exposed to COVID-19, the session will be rescheduled. Virtual sessions are available as an alternative if needed.
Privacy & Confidentiality Policy
All personal information shared during our sessions will be kept confidential. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to me, and I am committed to maintaining a safe and secure environment for all clients.
Virtual Session Policy
Code of Conduct/Respectful Behavior
To maintain a professional, safe, and inclusive environment for all clients, a code of conduct policy is in place.
Intellectual Property PolicyAll materials provided during the sessions, workshops, or courses—including guided meditations, sound recordings, and written content—are the intellectual property of Wild Earth Spirit, Creative Healing Arts LLC and Melissa Fernandez-Forbes. They are for your personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or resold without prior written permission.
Contact & Communication Policy

- Individual, Private Sessions + Ticketed Events: Payment must be made in full prior to your scheduled session. You will receive a confirmation of your booking once payment is received.
- Workshops/Retreats: A non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to reserve your spot. The remaining balance is due 48 hours before the workshop/retreat date.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans change. However, in order to respect both your time and mine, the following policies are in place:
- 24-Hour Cancellation Window: You may cancel or reschedule your session at no charge if you notify me at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Late Cancellations (Within 24 Hours): For cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled session, 50% of the session fee will be charged. If you cancel with less than 12 hours’ notice or are a no-show, the full session fee will be charged.
- Workshops/Retreats: Deposits are non-refundable, and any cancellations within 48 hours of the event will result in forfeiting the full amount paid.
Refund Policy
Refunds are available under the following circumstances:
- Individual, Private Sessions & Ticketed Events: Once a session/event is booked and paid for, no refunds will be provided for cancellations made within the 24-hour window. However, if you cancel with more than 24 hours' notice, I will either reschedule your session or issue a full refund.
- Packages/Bundles: If you cancel a package after starting, I will refund the remaining unused sessions minus a 10% administration fee, provided that cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the next session.
- Workshops/Retreats: No refunds will be given for cancellations made within 48 hours of the workshop date. For cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance, only the deposit is non-refundable.

- All personal information shared during sessions will remain strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express consent, except in situations where disclosure is required by law (such as risk of harm to self or others).
- Any recordings or documentation (if applicable) will be stored securely, and you have the right to request access or deletion of your records.
Virtual Session Policy
- For virtual sessions, please ensure you have a stable internet connection and a quiet, undisturbed space. If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from attending, I will make every effort to reschedule or provide a recording (where applicable).
- I take privacy seriously, and I request that no unauthorized recordings be made during online sessions. Official recordings will be provided only with client consent.
Code of Conduct/Respectful Behavior
To maintain a professional, safe, and inclusive environment for all clients, a code of conduct policy is in place.
- All clients are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward the teacher and other participants (if in a group setting). Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. In such cases, I reserve the right to terminate the session or remove individuals from the program without refund.
- Please arrive on time to ensure a smooth and peaceful start to our sessions. For community events and group sessions, doors close and session begins 5 minutes after scheduled time. If you arrive later than that, you will be considered a no-show and not allowed to interrupt session.

- For non-urgent matters, you may contact me via email or by phone during business hours. I aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours. Please refrain from using social media direct messaging for professional communication.
- All session scheduling, canceling and rescheduling requests should be made through our booking system by responding to the correct link in your email confirmations, by email or text message/voice mail.
