These inner resources naturally offer guidance for your outer expressions and overall wellbeing. I know this because I’ve been on this path myself for many years. This inner exploration has been a transformative, essential part of my journey, and it fuels my deepest passion and purpose.

For the past 16 years, I’ve immersed myself in the world of creative mindfulness and energy healing. I've delved into countless methods, learning to speak the language of the soul fluently and understanding how vital mind-heart-body coherence truly is—a concept many are just beginning to discover.

Here in my cozy studio in Folsom, California, and through virtual sessions, I have the joy of sharing these incredible tools and creating deeply explorative experiences for others.
